How to create Web App for Download / Upload / Latency testing?
Good morning
I'm trying to create web app for testing internet download / upload speed
and latency. Min, Max and Average. Client is browser, Server is mine
solution. Which technology and programmer language should I use for best
results?
I was thinking about Ajax for download, Ajax and PHP for upload speed and
latency I don't know. Can i acquire more accurate results with Java Applet
or ASP.Net? Are they some good examples for this task?
