Why are the contents of this shell script unreadable?

Why are the contents of this shell script unreadable?

Can I just open aFile.sh, to see the bash script again? ( are receipts
from mac apps sh files ?)
If so, how?
I try'd text editor already, but it comes out like this, this is not
really readable
